Another one of these &quot;rarely happens in the US but it is part of daily Canadian practice&quot; moment was when Dana and I had a gals day with our mother.  We were in a boutique trying on dresses and summery tops and the woman assisting us said &quot;why do you need a bigger size.  You don&#039;t need a bigger size.  You&#039;re great!&quot;  And following this she gave us another full day&#039;s worth of hikes and areas to visit.  So friendly!
